Any system that deals with a large amount of water is going to have to deal with rust at some point. With the amount of water that water heaters have to deal with, they should be completely rusted out before they’re five years old.
There are a lot of factors that go into selecting a new air conditioning system. Some of them are obvious, like fuel type or cost.
As you start to use your air conditioner more often this summer, you may start to notice ice forming on the system. This may seem like a good thing, considering that an air conditioner is supposed to be generating cool air.
