All of your service records are kept on our safe and secure server as well as in a project folder at your home/business. This will make it easily for you to access for warranty, to provide if you are selling your home, or to check service/maintenance records.

Feeling confident that all the carbon monoxide levels have been checked and recorded with digital meters, all of the drains have been cleared to aid in preventing water leaks, and the refrigeration levels have been checked for proper operation. EFFICIENCY AND SAFETY AGREEMENT

Our Safety and Efficiency program is designed to ensure that your heating and air conditioning equipment gets the maintenance it needs. Keeping up with the maintenance on your equipment will extend the life expectancy of the equipment and will help reduce costly utility bills.

HVAC maintenance will be scheduled during Celco’s normal working hours, 8:00 am to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays. After normal working hours or weekend scheduling is available for an additional charge. All scheduling will be coordinated through Celco’s office operations.

This agreement does not include parts or labor for any repairs needed as a result of Celco’s findings during the scheduled HVAC maintenance. Findings of needed repairs will be brought to your attention and will require your approval prior to the commencement of any repair work.
