These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Celco Heating & Air Conditioning website at celcoct.com (the “Site”) and related online services, including appointment requests, forms, and SMS/text messaging. By using the Site or providing your phone number for texts where we request consent, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or opt in to text messages.

2. Using our website
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only—learning about our services, requesting estimates or service, viewing promotions, and contacting us.
You agree not to:
- Misuse forms or submit false information
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload the Site
- Use the Site to send spam or unlawful content
- Interfere with other users or our systems
We may update Site content, pricing, promotions, or availability at any time without notice. Website information is for general guidance and does not replace a written proposal, invoice, or work agreement for a specific job.
3. Service requests and estimates
Submitting a form, chat, call, or text request does not guarantee appointment availability or pricing. Estimates and work are subject to inspection, job-site conditions, manufacturer requirements, and a separate service or installation agreement when applicable.
Emergency service availability may vary.
4. SMS / text messaging terms
Service and transactional messages. Celco may send text messages related to an existing or requested service, including appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival or on-the-way notices, scheduling updates, estimates, service follow-ups, account notifications, and billing or payment information related to your account.
Marketing messages. If you separately consent to receive marketing text messages, Celco may send recurring promotional messages about HVAC services, maintenance, special offers, rebates, financing, seasonal promotions, and other Celco products or services.
Consent and opt-in. You may consent to receive text messages from Celco through our website forms, ServiceTitan, digital or paper forms, text-message opt-in requests, or other methods through which we expressly request your consent. Consent to receive marketing text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Providing your telephone number to Celco does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your service activity and (for marketing) your preferences. You may receive recurring messages.
Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile carrier plan for details. Celco does not charge a separate fee for SMS; your carrier may.
Opt out. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. After you opt out, you may receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again. You may also contact us at 203-371-0055 or info@celcoct.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.
Privacy. Mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information, including phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that assist us in operating our business and providing communications or services on our behalf, subject to appropriate privacy and confidentiality obligations.
5. Intellectual property
Site content—including text, logos, photos, graphics, and layout—is owned by Celco or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Project photos and testimonials may appear on the Site with appropriate permissions.
6. Third-party tools and links
The Site may use or link to third-party services (for example scheduling, payments, maps, reviews, or analytics). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites or tools we do not control.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CELCO DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
HVAC advice on the Site is general information only.
8. Limitation of liability; relationship to HVAC contracts
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CELCO AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING SOLELY FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SMS PROGRAM.
These Terms apply to the Site and SMS program only. They do not change, limit, or replace any written service or installation agreement, manufacturer or labor warranty, invoice terms, or rights and remedies you may have under Connecticut or federal law for HVAC work Celco performs.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Celco harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Site or continued participation in SMS after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Connecticut will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited.
